North County Inc. (NCI) is seeking nominations for the organization’s NCI Salutes 30 Leaders in Their 30s campaign. The 2008 NCI Salutes 30 Leaders in Their 30s campaign will recognize leaders who are making a significant positive impact on North County through their profession and/or community involvement and are in their 30s.
“As an organization representing North County’s current corporate, civic, and community leadership, NCI wants to acknowledge the communities’ young professionals working and/or living in North County and encourage them to stay involved with the community,” said NCI President Mark Tranel, director of the Public Policy Research Center at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
To nominate someone in their 30s working and/or living in North County who is an outstanding professional, excelling at his/her company, a committed volunteer who is using their leadership skills for the betterment of a civic or charity organization, a municipal employee who through proactive involvement is helping create a more livable community, or an entrepreneur who has become successful and is giving back to their service area for this honor, call NCI for a nomination form or go online to www.NorthStLouisCounty.com. All nominations are required by July 18, 2008.
