Diavolo is known for pushing the boundaries of dance through its dynamic movement combined with its signature use of colossal set pieces, such as skateboard ramps, a 15-foot staircase, an 18-foot aluminum and steel spinning wheel, Goliath walls and a giant cube that turns into a pyramid. The company cleverly mixes together dance, acrobatics and architectural engineering into a powerful, awesome and thought-provoking production. Diavolo dancers fly, leap and drop, amazing you with their distinct style of architecture in motion.

The Minneapolis Star Tribune calls Diavolo “a wild mash-up between Cirque du Soleil and American Gladiators with Vegas-style showmanship.” The San Diego Union-Tribune says, “These dancers and gymnasts tumble, leap, and toss their bodies around with spectacular speed and daring.” The New York Times states, “Are they dancers who perform like gymnasts or gymnasts who move like dancers? This may be the question to ask about the admirably smooth performers in Diavolo.”
