Danny’s Education Garden was dedicated on Saturday, Sept. 7 in the Robinwood School Courtyard. The garden is named for Danny Franck, a high achieving Robinwood student who was a victim of brain cancer. Danny inspired his fellow students with his love of the outdoors, science, math and reading.  Danny’s garden will cherish his memory.

Robinwood School had many people to thank for the garden. Mrs. DeKrey had the idea, and Girl Scout Troop 3015 had the design. Two Boy Scouts from Boy Scout Troop 713 also helped; Nick Wallace built the bridge and Daniel Jedding built the picnic tables.

The Home Depot at Cross Keys and Rock DeAngolis dontated all the materials. The Robinwood staff, PTO Officers, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and the Home Dept Crew provided labor and leadership.
