The City of Florissant, Missouri, will conduct a public hearing beginning at 7p.m. on Monday, Sept. 9, at Florissant City Hall Council Chambers, 955 rue St. Francois, Florissant, concerning the Fiscal Year  2014 Annual Action Plan for the Florissant Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
