Ellen Hopkins, New York Times bestselling author, to speak at Hazelwood West High School Writers Week

Ellen Hopkins, New York Timesbestselling author, will be speaking as a part of the fifth annual Writers Week at Hazelwood West High School. She will be speaking on Friday, March 2, at 9 a.m. at the high school at 1 Wildcat Lane in Hazelwood.

Hopkins became known for her young adult novels. Her first young adult novel “Crank” was published in 2004. After publishing eight young adult novels, Hopkins’ first adult novel “Triangles” was published in 2011. Hopkins has had two books on the New York Times bestsellers list, “Collateral” and “Tilt.”
