Warrants Issued in the Burning of Several Vehicles
Warrants were issued Thursday June 7, 2012 for Khadeem Ratcliff, of the 1600 block of Jodphur Drive in Florissant, by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on four counts of Knowingly Burning or Exploding.
The Florissant Police Department has been investigating a series of suspicious vehicle fires that started on April 25th. The Police Department identified Ratcliff as a suspect, and he confessed to starting the vehicle fires to detectives on June 6th.
Ratcliff has been transferred to the St. Louis County Jail, where he will be held on a bond.
