Florissant Mayor Tom Schneider announced three of the stores that are going into the redevelopment of the former Value City store on Lindbergh.

Ashley Furniture will be one of the new stores. Ulta, which sells cosmetics and beauty supplies, will be another, and Five Below, which sells accessories geared to teens and preteens, will also move in.

Panda Express has already been announced. Schneider said there were two relocations planned, and he wanted the stores to be able to announce the relocations when they were ready. That leaves  one other unknown business in the seven store redevelopment.
