Team Up to Fill 53-ft. Trailer For Joplin Relief

The Florissant Knights of Columbus along with the city of Florissant, and the Salvation Army are joining up to help  fill a large trailer of goods for the people of Joplin. Anyone is interested in helping and contributing some donations, they may do so at three different locations in the Florissant area.

The locations are: St. Ferdinand Park(In the back of the park), James J. Eagan Center, and K of C Council #2951 under the big pavilion on 50 Rue St. Francois.

The collection dates for the donations will be Saturdays, Aug. 6,13 and 20  from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. on those Saturdays. On Aug. 24, 25, and 26th there will only be collections at the Knights of Columbus pavillion. The truck that will take the donated items down to Joplin will leave on Saturday. Aug. 27 at noon.
