Rep. Bert Atkins Sets Town Hall Meeting, June 19
Rep. Bert Atkins is hosting a Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, June 19, from 10 a.m.-noon at the Ferguson-Florissant Administrative Center, Staff Development Building, at 1005 Waterford Drive.
The meeting will address the new federal health care reform law.
U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill, or a representative from her office, will explain the law and its benefits for constituents.
Judy Baker, the Federal Regional Director of Health and Human Services, will also be in attendance to assist constituents, as will Margaret Donnelly, the Missouri Director of Health and Senior Services, to discuss how the Health Reform package will affect Missourians.
