Dymond Hayes is not quite halfway through her high school experience and she has already banked a $10,000 savings bond for college. She is planning to be a business and journalism major in college.

The Hazelwood Central High School student rose to the top among more than 100 contestants in the 2006 Dream Girls USA Pageant in Schaumberg, Illinois and was awarded the savings bond. She was the National High Point Champion and the Pageantry Spirit Award Winner as well.
