Hazelwood high school students have the Boy Scouts’ top honor covered with 14 students from all three high schools making Eagle Scout during the last four school years.

• Hazelwood Central – Matt Palozola, senior, Mark Bruce and Zachary Robinson, juniors.
• Hazelwood East – brothers Kevin Geldermann, junior, and Andrew Geldermann, sophomore.
• Hazelwood West – Joel Daniels, David Dotson, Scott Gettemeyer, Todd Lesinski, David Price, Jason Ruester and Steven Throm, seniors, Jonathon Wingo, junior and Andrew Price sophomore.
