The City of Florissant’s “Christmas Tree Disposal” program for Florissant residents having real Christmas trees will continue through the month of January.

The program includes curbside pick-up of real Christmas trees. Meridian Waste Services will be providing this service “free of charge” to any Florissant resident regardless of their having weekly yard waste service.

Any Florissant resident wanting to take advantage of this free service must place their tree at their curb on the day of the week that yard waste pick-up is normally provided in their neighborhood.  Trees must be free of all contaminants, such as garland, tinsel, lights and ornaments.  This service will be provided through the end of January.
