Warrants Charge 2 Ex-Florissant Golf Course Employees With Stealing

Warrants have been issued charging two former Florissant Golf Course employees with stealing $500 or more, a Class C Felony. The warrants were issued Dec. 10 in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County.

The former employees, Joseph Anatra and Bradley Meyer, had been previously arrested following an investigation over missing funds from the city owned golf course. Joseph Anatra was charged with four counts of felony stealing while Bradley Meyer faces one count of felony stealing.

An investigation revealed that the two allegedly took money from golfers and deposited it in a bank account that was set under the name Junior Golf Foundation. The investigation began after a golfer complained that golf fees were not being paid directly to the Florissant Golf Club.

Both men were city employees at the golf course before they were fired last summer.
