August ‘Music Under The Stars’ Concerts
The Florissant Fine Arts Council and city of Florissant will host two more free outdoor concerts in August. Performing at St. Ferdinand Park by the lake, the bands begin their concerts at 7 p.m.
The line-up for the late August concerts is as follows:
Saturday, August 15 – Butch Wax & The Hollywoods with Theo Peoples (Four Tops)
One of the hottest shows in town, listen to songs of the 50s through the 70s, Motown, R & B and Rock ‘N’ Roll.
Saturday, August 22 – Fanfare Band featuring Kittie Moller
Fanfare plays music from all over the sound spectrum – Motown, R & B, Pop, Country and Standards, plus Jazz and Big Band.
