Town Hall Meeting, Sept. 18
Florissant Senior residents are invited to attend Mayor Robert Lowery’s annual town hall meeting on Thursday, Sept. 18, at the J. J. Eagan Center. The meeting begins at 12:30 p.m. Doors will open at 12:15p.m. A light lunch will be served, followed by entertainment by Susan Groves, Ms. Missouri Senior America 2007. We will also have various community organizations and Postal Dan Taylor providing information regarding their programs. This is a great way to find out what is going on in your
community and also have the opportunity to submit questions to the mayor and city departments. Forms will be available for questions, (all questions will be answered if name and address is provided). There is no charge to attend.
Summer Dance, Sept. 27
A summer dance will be held on Sept. 27 at the James J Eagan Center, from 7–10 p.m. Doors open at 6:30. Music by the Bob Row Band.
The cost is $5, includes admission and snacks. Beer, wine and soda will be available for purchase. All tables reserved.
Tickets may be purchased at the Florissant Senior Office or by mail. Make checks payable to the City Of Florissant and mail to City of Florissant/Senior Office, 955 rue St Francois, Florissant, MO 63031 (Tickets will be held at the door). There will also be a limited number of tickets available for $7 at the door.
