Ferguson’s Annual StreetFest scheduled for Sept. 26 & 27 at Victorian Plaza has been cancelled due to the unrest Tuesday night in which one business was vandalized  and three protesters were arrested. The Independent News went to press today before we got word  that StreetFest has been cancelled and thus a page promoted the event is in Thursday, Sept., 25th edition
