Bonnie Barczykowski, CEO with the Girls Scout of Eastern Missouri and past Greater North County Chamber of Commerce Chairwoman, will be the keynote speaker at an upcoming Women’s Empowerment Seminar.

The seminar, sponsored by GNC Chamber Women in Networking (WIN), will be on Wednesday, Oct. 8, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Yacovelli’s Restaurant & Banquet Center, 407 Dunn Road, in Florissant.

Barczykowski, a business owner, author and motivational speaker, will speak about “Reinventing Yourself.” The seminar also will feature Marcy Shipman, regional director with Wells Fargo, who will discuss “10 Things a Woman Should Know About Her Finances,” and a “Dress for Success” fashion show with fashions from Brief Reflections and accessories from Andrea’s Boutique.

Cost of the seminar includes continental breakfast during registration from 8 to 9 a.m., and lunch at noon.

Early Bird Special is $25 for members/$30 for non-members until Sept. 17. After that date, cost is $30 for members, $35 for non-members.
