The Florissant Valley Historical Society, caretakers of the Taille de Noyer mansion will host an open membership meeting on Sunday, Sept. 14 at 2 pm. Featured speaker will be Charlie Brennan, author and KMOX radio personality.

Brennan will talk about his book “Amazing St. Louis” 250 years of great tales and curiosities featuring stories about Mark Twain, the Exorcist, Darth Vader and Jack the Ripper.

Taille de Noyer is located on McCluer High School’s campus, 1896 S. New Florissant Rd. Free admission, refreshments will be served. For additional info call 314-496-2319
