NATIONAL BROADCAST AWARD: Mayor Norm McCourt has added to the Broadcasting Awards for the City of Black Jack and News 20, as he was recentl;y presented with the National Communicators Award of Distinction for his “City Limits” show. The show which features interviews with local and state political officials has grown significantly over the past 10 years and has become a major contributor in getting information to the residents of St. Louis. McCourt said, “I am happy to be making a difference, bringing pertinent information to residents of the St. Louis area in a timely manner.” City Limits airs nightly on News 20 on Charter Communications.
