9 Hazelwood School District Students Newest Eagle Scouts

Nine Hazelwood School District (HSD) students have recently joined the ranks of Eagle Scouts, the Boy Scouts of America’s (BSA) highest advancement level. The students are:

Hazelwood Northwest Middle School

Jeffrey Radichel – Troop 702

Hazelwood Central High School

Sean Thomas – Troop 271

Hazelwood West High School

Eric Buenemann – Troop 939

Mitchell Frye – Troop 71

Nathan Moreland – Troop 551

Bradley Rozanski – Troop 740

Jarod Vaughn – Troop 705

Eric Viehman – Troop 829

Justin Woods – Troop 740

“I am extremely proud of our students for earning their Eagle Scout rank,” said Mark Behlmann, BSA Greater St. Louis Area Council North Star District and HSD Board of Education member,  “This is quite an accomplishment.” To become an Eagle Scout, boys must progress through the ranks in a specific order which includes earning 21 merit badges and serve at least six months in a troop leadership position.
