Nine Hazelwood School District (HSD) students have recently joined the ranks of Eagle Scouts, the Boy Scouts of America’s (BSA) highest advancement level. The students are:

“I am extremely proud of our students for earning their Eagle Scout rank,” said Mark Behlmann, BSA Greater St. Louis Area Council North Star District and HSD Board of Education member, “This is quite an accomplishment.” To become an Eagle Scout, boys must progress through the ranks in a specific order which includes earning 21 merit badges and serve at least six months in a troop leadership position.
