Hospitalization & Dementia: Caring Partnerships at Northwest HealthCare Community Room, 1225 Graham Rd. from 5:30 – 7 p.m.  Christian Hospital it teaming up with the Alzheimer’s Association to present this educational program that helps prepare people caring for a loved one with dementia for a hospital stay.
