New Dates for Art McCoy hearing with Ferguson-Florissant School Board
The Ferguson-Florissasnt has announced that Dr. Art McCoy and his attorney have requested a change of the hearing date previously scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 6 p.m. The superintendent was placed on suspended leave and he and his attorney were schedule to answer charges from the board on why he was placed on paid administrative leave.
The hearing will now be held, at Dr. McCoy’s request, on Wed., March 12 and Thursday, March 13. At this time, the hearing on the 12th is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., and the continuation of the meeting on March 13 is scheduled for 6 p.m. The hearing will remain closed to the public and media.
