To give tribute to military soldiers and veterans, the spring concert at Barrington Elementary in the Hazelwood School District will have a patriotic theme. The concert, ‘A Tribute to the Brave: Past, Present and Future,’ is Thursday, May 15 at 7 p.m. at the school.

Fourth and fifth grade students will perform a combination of patriotic and familiar tunes, and the advanced band will perform an armed services medley.

Guests from the Missouri Veteran’s Home are expected to be in attendance, as well as soldiers currently serving in the military. During the concert, the Missouri Veteran’s Home will be presented with a collage made by students from Barrington, Grannemann and Larimore elementary schools.
