The James J. Eagan Center’s outdoor ice rink opened for the season on Monday, Oct 28. The ice rink will be open until Sunday, March 6.

Public skating sessions  will be held Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 7 – 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2 – 4 p.m. The Wednesday night and Sunday afternoon sessions are resident family special days.

The fees are as follows. Youth (6-17 years old), $1.50 for residents and $3 for non-residents. Adults (18 years and older), $2.25 for residents and $4 for non-residents. Residents with a golden age pass are $1.75, and the family special sessions are $3 for resident families.

The skate rental fee is $1.50, skate sharpening fee is $4, and the locker rental fee is 25 cents. Both hockey and figure skates are available for rental.

Children 8 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
