Booth Rentals Still Being Accepted for Fall Festival

The sixteenth annual Florissant Old Town Fall Festival will take place on Sunday, Oct. 13. As many as 35,000 people have attended in past years. Festival hours are from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on rue St. Francois in Old Town Florissant.

The festival will have music, food, dog show, chili cook-off, games booths, flea market, craft fair, German music, Cookie the Clown and a huge variety of food and product booths.  At the Shrine there will be more food, children’s activities, a Halloween costume contest, a flint knapper, and much more.

Musical entertainment, including the Barbershoppers, Curtis Buckhannon, Bryson Gerard,  The Auberrys, Dan Sproat and others will be located on nearly every block of the rue St. Francois.  Other events include a lawn mower display and antique tractors and military vehicle display.

This year, compliments of the Missouri Art’s Council and the Regional Arts Council, the festival will be featuring Fan Fare Featuring Kittie Moller.  Performances will be at 1 and 3 p.m. on the band shell on the Lawyers Building lot in the 100 block of St. Francois.
