Hazelwood Goes to the ‘Max’ For Next Outdoor Concert

The Hazelwood Parks and Recreation Division is going to the “max” in providing top-notch entertainment for this year’s 2013 Summer Concert Series at Harry S. Truman Park, 7029 Howdershell Road.  The next band on its outdoor concert schedule is MaxCherry on Saturday, June 15,starting at 7 p.m.

MaxCherry is considered one of the hottest cover bands in Missouri.  This six-piece party band delivers high-energy songs with pizzazz, and keeps the audience groovin’ to its music all night long   MaxCherry’s repertoire includes top song hits from a variety of musical genres including blues, R&B, pop, rock, and country – everything from the ‘80s to now.  Outdoor concert goers will enjoy a wide range of dance songs when the house is maxed.

The MaxCherry concert is free and open to the public.  Truman Park offers a beautiful setting with a luscious green hillside in front of a newly built gazebo.  A pond and waterfall provide a relaxing back drop.  Audience members are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs, blankets and refreshments.  However, no glass containers are allowed.
