Names Sandy Weber<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>New Chair; 3 New Directors Named<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The Board of Directors for North County Incorporated (NCI), a regional development association, has elected Sandy Weber as Chairwoman for 2012.\u00a0 This is a one-year term, beginning Jan\/ 1, 2012.\u00a0 Weber succeeds Patty Gould, School\/Business Partnership Director for the Pattonville School District, who served as North County Incorporated\u2019s Board of Directors Chairwomen in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSandy Weber has been an active member of the\u00a0\u00a0NCI Board of Directors \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flovalleynews.com\/the-board-of-directors-for-north-county-incorporated-nci-a-regional-development-association-has-elected-sandy-weber-as-chairwoman-for-2012\/sandy-weber-pg-2\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7088\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-7088\" title=\"Sandy-Weber  pg 2\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.flovalleynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Sandy-Weber-pg-2-225x300.jpg?resize=225%2C300\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>and the community. \u00a0Her background knowledge and life experiences in North County will be an asset as the incoming Board Chair for North County Inc. \u00a0I look forward to her leading the charge for the organization,\u201d Gould said.<\/p>\n<p>Weber is vice president\/district director with US Bank.\u00a0 She has worked in the banking industry for 36 years and currently focuses on expanding the growth of U.S. Bank in the St. Louis region.\u00a0 She and her husband have been lifelong residents of North County.\u00a0 She has served on North County Incorporated\u2019s Board of Directors since 1998 and has served in the executive board as secretary and vice chair.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cU.S. Bank has been involved with NCI since its inception because it serves as the voice for North County.\u00a0 I am totally committed to advancing their scope of work which includes providing a connection to a network of the key leaders needed to build collaborative partnerships necessary to sustain and improve our residential and business environment,\u201d said Weber.<\/p>\n<p>The NCI Board of Directors also named several new board members for 2012.\u00a0 NCI\u2019s in-coming board members for 2012 are Mayor James Knowles III, City of Ferguson; Dr. Art McCoy, Ferguson-Florissant School District; Justin Naber, Fred Weber Inc.<\/p>\n<p>Mayor James Knowles III was elected as mayor in April 2011.\u00a0 Prior to his role as mayor, he had been on the Ferguson City Council since 2005.\u00a0 He is a former employee of the Ferguson Police Department, serving nearly 4 years in the communications division.\u00a0 He<\/p>\n<p>was a NCI 30 Leader in their Thirties Award recipient in 2009. He currently serves as the Eastern Missouri Council director for the<\/p>\n<p>Associated Builders and Contractors.<\/p>\n<p>Supt. \u00a0Art McCoy, Ed.D. serves as Ferguson-Florissant School District\u2019s superintendent.\u00a0 He was chosen by the Ferguson-Florissant School District Board of Education in the end of 2010.\u00a0 He began his career in 1997 when he reported for teaching duties as Missouri\u2019s youngest certified teacher (age 19).<\/p>\n<p>Justin Naber serves as the director of Business of Development for Fred Weber, Inc.\u00a0 Naber is responsible for building and strengthening valued relationships for stone, asphalt, and specialty construction products.\u00a0He&#8217;s involved with Marygrove Child Center and Stray Rescue Foundation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2012 North County Inc.
