All events will be held from noon-5 p.m. on the Shrine grounds at #1 rue St. Francois.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Events.<\/strong> Bingo, Books, Baskets, Beer and Brats at the schoolhouse; Living History Re-enactors; Tours of the Shrine; Gift Shop<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Bingo<\/strong> will be on the first floor of the Schoolhouse. Prizes include cash and baskets.\u00a0 Pull tabs will be sold outside the schoolhouse.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Book Sale<\/strong>. Books will be sold both inside on the 2nd floor and outside on the Shrine parking lot.\u00a0 Special festival pricing of only $4 per bag. This is a very popular event so come early for the best selection. Books of all types are available as well as record albums.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>The Living History Re-enactors<\/strong> will be on the grounds making bread in the in-ground bread oven.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Food<\/strong> will be available in the schoolhouse along with beer, tea &amp; water.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Four huge raffle baskets<\/strong> full of many items.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Tour <\/strong>guides will be available for personal tours of the church, convent and rectory. Donations for the tour are requested.<\/p>\n<p>Free parking is available on the lot at the intersection of St. Charles and Washington streets (same as Valley of Flowers parking).\u00a0 Enter on Washington and park on the lot; then just walk across the bridge to the Shrine.<\/p>\n<p>It takes money to preserve the historic buildings of Old St. Ferdinand Shrine.
