Joe Eagan Wins in Ward 3<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pat Stinnett Takes Ward 6<\/strong><\/p>\n

The two candidates supported by Mayor Tom Schneider were the winners in the two Florissant City Council special races on Tuesday, Aug. 2.<\/p>\n

Joe Eagan won easily in the Ward 3 race, with Elizabeth O’Fallon taking a distant second and Mark Behlmann, third.<\/p>\n

Pat Stinnett won by by 66 votes in the unofficial results from the St. Louis County Election board. Stinnett and Purgahn had tied with 470 votes each in the April vote.<\/p>\n
