The free event promises food, fun and fellowship with district board and faculty <\/em><\/p>\n

Florissant, Mo., Aug. 10<\/strong> \u2013 Ferguson-Florissant families and surrounding communities are invited to come celebrate the start of the 2011-2012 school year at the Ferguson-Florissant School District Back-to-School Family Fun festival\u00a0The event begins at 4:30 p.m.<\/strong> on Wednesday, Aug. 10<\/strong> and will be held at the district Administration Center\/Parker Road Elementary School field, located at 1005 Waterford Drive. This is just across the street from the James J. Eagan Center.<\/p>\n

The festival will feature free food, fun, games, business and community vendors, and giveaways.<\/p>\n

Guests will also have an opportunity to meet the Board of Education, Dr. Art McCoy, our new superintendent, and our fantastic faculty.<\/p>\n

Parents and others who are interested in volunteering in the district are encouraged to visit the Parent Liaison table where they can sign up for and gather information on service projects.<\/p>\n
