The loans can only be used for home repair and to address code violations.<br \/>\nApplications for the program will be available starting April 1, and completed applications will be accepted Monday, May 2-31. The applications are reviewed by the Community Development Office and priority is given to low-income households. If funds remain after eligible low-income applications are met, candidates from moderate-income housing will be considered.
