Robinson of the City of Hazelwood.\u00a0 \u201cWe encourage local residents who may have lost their jobs to apply for these new positions because they may enjoy working for a global company where opportunities for career growth and development are available.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Convergys will be hosting Job Fairs on the following days: March 2; March 9; and March 16.\u00a0 Interested candidates should visit the Convergys contact center, located at 41 Village Square Shopping Center in Hazelwood, on those dates between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.\u00a0 They can also apply online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.convergys.com\/careers\">www.convergys.com\/careers<\/a>.\u00a0 \u00a0The new employees will provide outbound sales support for a client in the landscaping industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe addition of a new client at our Hazelwood site has provided an employment opportunity for some local job seekers,\u201d said Brian Campbell, site leader for the Convergys facility in Hazelwood.\u00a0 \u201cAnd, because we are part of a global company, there also are opportunities for career growth and development as well.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Convergys offers employees comprehensive training, competitive wages plus incentives, and benefits including medical and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and paid and unpaid time off.\u00a0 Two weeks of paid training for these positions will begin in March.\u00a0 A variety of shift times are available.<\/p>\n<p>Those applying for these jobs should possess solid sales experience, strong computer\/keyboarding skills and the ability to work flexible hours.\u00a0 Employment with Convergys is contingent on a successful background check.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe addition of 200 new jobs at
