16th<\/sup> annual World\u2019s Largest Swim<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Lesson included North County Rec.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

St. Louis County Parks and Recreation will join aquatic facilities around the world on Thursday, June 26, 2025, or the 16th annual World\u2019s Largest Swimming Lesson (WLSL)\u2014a global event promoting water safety and the importance of swim instruction for children.<\/p>\n

The WLSL is an annual event designed to raise awareness about swimming<\/p>\n

instruction as a key part of staying safe around the water. Swimming lessons help<\/p>\n

build skills and confidence in and around pools, lakes, and other aquatic<\/p>\n

environments.<\/p>\n

Four St. Louis County Recreation Facilities will host free, beginner-friendly group<\/p>\n

swim lessons throughout the day for children aged 3 to 12 years old. The first 20<\/p>\n

participants at each location will receive a goodie bag.<\/p>\n
