The County has made it easier than ever to pay these bills online.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDuring this busy holiday season, I encourage residents to skip the line and use our convenient Online Tax Payment Portal from the comfort of your home,\u201d said Tony Smee, director of the Department of Revenue. \u201cOnline payment also reduces the risk of mailed payments being lost, resulting in late fees and interest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Residents can view and pay their Personal Property and Real Estate taxes without waiting for their bill in the mail. Simply use the Personal Property Account Lookup or Real Estate<\/p>\n<p>Account Lookup tools to access bills and even print receipts for previous years. Tax receipts are accepted for vehicle titling and registration and will be available online two business days after payment is processed.<\/p>\n<p>Other Contact-Free Payment Methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mail: Send checks or money orders payable to the Collector of Revenue to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Real Estate Bills: ST. Central Ave, 2nd Floor, Clayton, MO 63105<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drop Box: Use the secure drop boxes available in the lobbies of County offices during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a reminder, applications are still being accepted for the Senior Tax Freeze Program. ligible seniors can now freeze certain eligible real property taxes to reduce the impact of future tax increases.
