{"id":27497,"date":"2024-09-30T16:59:54","date_gmt":"2024-09-30T16:59:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flovalleynews.com\/?p=27497"},"modified":"2024-09-30T16:59:54","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T16:59:54","slug":"st-county-senior-resource-fair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flovalleynews.com\/?p=27497","title":{"rendered":"ST County Senior Resource Fair"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>Saint Louis County Hosts Senior Resource Fair<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong> in Conjunction with Senior Tax Freeze Application <\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Saint Louis County is excited to announce a Senior Resource Fair happening on October 1 and 2 at Northwest Crossings, coinciding with the launch of the County\u2019s Senior Tax Freeze application.<\/p>\n<p>The event both days to be held from 8:30-4 will provide seniors with an opportunity to learn more about the resources Saint Louis County offers its older residents, including assistance to apply for the newly launched Senior Tax Freeze program. Representatives from the Departments of Public Health, Parks and Recreation, Human Services, Planning, and Revenue will be on-hand.<\/p>\n<p>The Senior Tax Freeze application process begins Tuesday, and is open through June 30, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>County employees will also be available to assist residents with the application at three other County buildings \u2013 Clayton, South, and West.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clayton Administration Building \u2013 41 South Central Avenue, Clayton, MO 63105<\/li>\n<li>Northwest Crossing \u2013 715 Northwest Plaza Drive, St. Ann, MO 63074<\/li>\n<li>South County \u2013 4554 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63129<\/li>\n<li>West County \u2013 74 Clarkson Wilson Center, Chesterfield, MO 63017<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Residents are encouraged to check out the Frequently Asked Questions section of the Saint Louis County Senior Resource Fair web site<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saint Louis County Hosts Senior Resource Fair in Conjunction with Senior Tax Freeze Application Saint Louis County is excited to announce a Senior Resource Fair happening on October 1 and 2 at Northwest Crossings, coinciding with the launch of the County\u2019s Senior Tax Freeze application.
