The annual Medal of Valor awards will be presented to 21 recipients from the St. Louis region including Florissant Police Officer Kirk Lawless. The luncheon and awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 18, at noon, at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark.<\/p>\n
