\u202fDinoroarus\u202fOpens at Saint Louis Zoo\u202f <\/strong><\/h1>\n

Emerson\u202fDinoroarus\u202f(DIE-noh-ROAR-us),\u202fa dynamic\u202ftemporary\u202fexhibit\u202fat the Saint Louis Zoo, opens to the public on Saturday, April 17,\u202fand runs through October\u202f31, 2021.\u202f Timed-Ticket Admission to Dinoroarus<\/p>\n

High demand is expected for this new attraction. Capacity is limited to allow for good social distancing. All tickets to Dinoroarus are for timed entry. After entry, guests may stay to enjoy the exhibit for as long as they like.<\/p>\n

General Admission Ticket. General admission tickets are $5.95 per person for ages 2 and up (free for children under age 2). Timed tickets may be purchased at the entrance to Dinoroarus.<\/p>\n

Zoo Member Admission Tickets. Zoo members may use their member benefits for free admission to Dinoroarus. Members may pick up their timed tickets at Zoo entrances or any attraction ticket booth.<\/p>\n

Adventure Pass. Dinoroarus is included in the Adventure Pass ($14.95). Guests who purchase the Adventure Pass may pick up their Dinoroarus timed tickets at Zoo entrances or any attraction ticket booth.\u00a0\u00a0 Zoo Reservations Required to Visit<\/p>\n

All Zoo guests, including those who wish to experience Dinoroarus, must make a free, timed reservation online in advance to enter the Zoo. Daily attendance is limited to help maintain social distancing within the Zoo. Visit\u202fstlzoo.org\/zooreservations\u202fto make a\u202freservation\u202fup to\u202fseven days prior\u202fto\u202fthe\u202fdate of visit. Zoo reservations do not include tickets to Dinoroarus.<\/p>\n

This\u202fseasonal\u202fexhibit\u202fcontinues at the Zoo for the next\u202fcouple of\u202fyears while the Zoo works to reimagine, plan and redevelop the 3.5-acre area into a new, permanent family and children’s area, which will continue the Zoo\u2019s mission of connecting families and children with animals.<\/p>\n

This engaging\u202fattraction\u202ffor all ages features 16 different groupings of animatronic and stationary dinosaurs \u2014 colorful, prehistoric creatures that move realistically, some roaring and spitting or placidly munching on the lush vegetation.\u202fThe dinosaurs\u202fand other ancient species\u202frepresenting\u202fa\u202fvast span of geological time\u202finclude:\u202fa\u202flife-size\u202ftriceratops\u202f(tri-SERR-uh-tops),\u202f12-foot-tall\u202fTyrannosaurus\u202frex\u202f(tie-RAN-oh-SORE-us REX),\u202fgiant stork-like\u202fquetzalcoatlus\u202f(ket-zel-KWAT-lus),\u202fan\u202f18-foot-tall\u202fbrachiosaurus\u202f(brack-ee-oh-SORE-us), nest of\u202fduck-billed\u202fparasaurolophus\u202fbabies\u202f(PAR-ah-saw-RAH-lo-fuss)\u202fand many more.\u202fPlus,\u202fobserve\u202fa staged fossil dig site and learn all about fossils.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
