Scott Negwer, NCI Chairman of the Board<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The Board of Directors for North County Incorporated (NCI), a regional development association, has elected Scott Negwer, president, Negwer Materials, Inc., as the organization\u2019s chairman of the Board of Directors for 2017. This is a one-year term beginning January 1, 2017. Negwer succeeds Sean Hogan, who served as NCI\u2019s Board of Directors Chairman in 2016.<\/p>\n

Negwer has served as President of Negwer Materials, Inc. since 1995.<\/p>\n

Negwer earned his bachelor\u2019s degree in economics from Blackburn College and is a graduate of Lutheran High School North. Negwer has been an NCI board member since January 2015 and was previously on the board of directors from 2001 to 2003.<\/p>\n

Negwer has served as a vice chair on the executive committee of the Drake Group since 2004.<\/p>\n

Negwer has served on multiple boards including the Ferguson Commission, the Ferguson Center Committee, the Ferguson Business District, and the Reinvest North County Advisory Board.<\/p>\n

NCI is a regional development organization, which acts as a catalyst to define and advocate economic and community development for North St. Louis County. NCI was established in 1977. The Board is composed of community leaders and business owners.
