Even worse, 63% of individuals killed in crashes in Missouri were unrestrained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLocal motorists should be prepared for stepped up \u2018Click It or Ticket\u2019 enforcement,\u201d said Hazelwood Police Chief Gregg Hall. \u201cWe\u2019ll be out there to remind you that seat belts can and do save lives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Buckle up and arrive alive.
