Sacred Heart Kindergarten will hold an open house Sunday, Jan. 29 from noon-3 p.m. at the school in Old Town Florissant. Present and prospective students and their parents are invited to meet the teachers and learn about Sacred Heart programs. Those attending will have an opportunity to purchase books from the Scholastic Book Fair.<\/p>\n
Registration for Scared Heart\u2019s Kindergarten, pre-kindergarten, and Lucky Ducks program for 3-year-olds will begin the day of the open house. Children must be 3 on or before July 31 for Lucky Ducks, 4 on or before July 31 for prekindergarten, and 5 on or before for July 31 for kindergarten. Applications, tuition info, and guidelines for registration are online or at the Kindergarten on the door on the lower level during school hours.<\/p>\n
The prekindergarten and kindergarten meet Monday-Friday. Extended hours are available. Lucky Ducks meet Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursday. All programs begin at 8:15 a.m. and end at 11:30 a.m. or 3 p.m. For additional fees, before and after school care is available but only for students of the kindergarten\u2019s programs.
