The Pretty Baby Photo Contest will be held at the James J Eagan Center May 1 and 2. Photos of pretty babies will be shown on the ice rink pavilion Friday, May 1, from noon until 8 p.m. and on Saturday, May 2, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. The public is invited to view them all and cast votes to help choose the winners. Babies must be age 2 years or younger and are judged in two categories: \u201cPersonality\u201d as depicted in the photo and \u201cPopularity\u201d as demonstrated by donations from those who vote at the booth. Winners will receive a plaque and gift basket at the awards ceremony on Sunday, May 3, just before the queen and her court are crowned at the Knights of Columbus Pavilion.<\/p>\n
To enter the contest, send a 4\u201d x 6\u201d photo (or smaller \u2013 one child per photo) with a $5.00 registration fee by May 1. Entries received after that date will be charged a $7.00 entry fee. Checks should be made payable to Valley of Flowers Festival. On the back of the photo include the child\u2019s name and age and the parents\u2019 names, address, and phone number.<\/p>\n
