The Greater North County Chamber of Commerce and the City of Florissant co-sponsored the 26th Anniversary of the Chamber\u2019s Business Showcase, featuring a \u201cTaste of North County.\u201d\u00a0 The poular event was held Saturday March 22 at the James J. Eagan Community Center in Florissant. More than one thousand people attended the event where they had an opportunity to\u00a0 learn more about the products and services that the 62 vendors offer to the community.\u00a0 Special features\u00a0 included a Kids Korner with activities for children, including a visit from Ronald McDonald,\u00a0 face painting and Mike\u2019s Balloon Creations.<\/p>\n

For $5, visitors could sample food from 11 North County restaurants. This has become a big draw for the past two years at the event, which was moved to the Civic Center\u00a0 last year to accommodate more people inside one large area.<\/p>\n
