Mayor Tom\u00a0 Schneider was invited to North County Technical High School recently by Joshua Galati (instructor) to learn about the Certified Production Technician Program (CPT) and to promote a March 6th open house.\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

Mayor Schneider said he was very impressed with the students, staff and industry volunteer instructor. North County Tech High School will be having an open house on Thursday, March 6 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.\u00a0 For more information visit:\u00a0 www.northtechnical.org.<\/p>\n

Employable skills such as problem solving, decision making, teamwork, organization planning, social interaction, adaptability, leadership, consensus building, career awareness and self development are emphasized. The CPT program enables students to build these foundational skills.<\/p>\n

Some of the categories the CPT will be trained in are electrical, electronics, fluid power, manufacturing processes, mechanical, quality assurance and safety.<\/p>\n
